Shipping Policy
The majority of our shipping is fulfilled through USPS, using either Priority Mail or Ground Advantage services. However, certain items may require alternative shipping methods due to their size. For oversized items, please reach out to the Shinab Shop directly for customized shipping arrangements.
Return & Exchange Policy
At The Shinab Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
Returns Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Customized, personalized and original items (handmade, one of a kind) items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Initiate a Return:

Contact our customer service team at shinab.shop@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories or documentation.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
